| The Splendor Downbrim from Betmar is a great dress hat that is elegant and classic. Four rhinestone buttons are at the center of each tonal felt flower. The flowers cascade down the 4" high square crown and along the downbrim. The dimensional brim measures 2 1/2" wide in the front 2" wide on each side and 1 1/4" wide in the back. Available colors: Black, Chocolate, Cranberry and Navy. Available size: One size fits most. |
